Administrative responsibilities include providing secretarial support for the firm, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, drafting letters and firm managing payroll, billing and technology systems.
Personal assistant responsibilities include running errands, shopping, driving 1 child (age 12), caring for animals, and occasional house/animal sitting (for additional payment).
Applicant should be hard-working, intelligent, motivated, reliable, consistent, personable and have a positive, flexible and team player attitude.
Experience with Outlook, Word, Adobe and Excel preferable.
Weekdays 9-5; OT welcome; Salary commensurate with experience (current assistant is $46,000
bonus); 2 weeks paid vacation and holidays.
Position to commence early August 2023.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
